1466.11 RECORD PLOT PLAN (AS-BUILT).
   Prior to filing an application for a Certificate of Occupancy, each applicant shall first file with the Building Commissioner a Final "As-Built" Plot Plan, which plan shall show the final grades of the improvement as constructed. Such plan shall be certified by a registered engineer or registered surveyor as to the accuracy of the plan, depicting the actual construction, and as to whether or not such engineer or surveyor has made an actual field observation of as-built conditions and that these conditions are as shown on the plan. The form of such certification shall be prescribed by the Village Engineer and shall contain the following information:
      (a)    Sufficient point elevations to assure that planned swales and drainage courses have been constructed. All elevations shall be converted to contour lines;
      (b)    Sufficient point elevations to ensure that all drainage is positive and sloping away from dwelling. All elevations shall be converted to contour lines;
      (c)    Provide sideline and set-back "as-built" dimensions;
      (d)    Provide garage, patio and finished first floor elevations;
      (e)    Provide "as-built" dimensions around perimeter of building;
      (f)    Provide finished found grades at major building corners;
      (g)    Locations and elevations of all permanent drainage/erosion control structures or devices. (Ord. 2016-40. Passed 12-12-16.)
