1462.05 PERMIT REQUIRED; RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERMITTEE.
   (a)    No person shall demolish a structure without first obtaining a permit therefor. The permit holder shall:
      (1)    Remove all debris, including all foundation floors and footings from the site;
      (2)    Fill any and all excavations with clean compactible material; and
      (3)    Close off all, or remove any, storm, sanitary, gas, water or electrical underground lines or piping and septic tanks.
   (b)    Any known objects not removed shall have their locations documented, as to their exact location and depth, by the permit holder. Such document shall be kept on file at the Building Inspector's office.
   (c)    Demolition permits shall expire sixty days from the date of issuance and all work covered by such permits shall commence within thirty days of the date of issuance. However, the Building Inspector may extend such permits for an additional period, to a maximum of thirty days, upon the receipt of documented evidence to support such extension.
