1448.05 SECRETARY.
   The Board of Building Code Appeals shall appoint a Secretary of the Board, with the following duties: notify Board members of meetings and prepare agendas of the meetings to be conducted; conduct all official correspondence; maintain all records pertinent to the Board's business; take and transcribe minutes of the Board meetings, signing the same; serve notice to an appellant, his attorney or agent of the time, date and place of public hearings; notify an appellant of decisions of the Board; and perform such other duties as may be necessary or incident to the office of Secretary of the Board.
