1446.06 APPLICANTS HOLDING LICENSES FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS.
   An applicant for a license or registration in any of the classifications mentioned in Sections 1446.04 and 1446.05, who presents an active valid license or certificate from a recognized department in the State, may be granted the same type of license or certificate upon making application, paying the proper fees and providing proof of insurance, at the discretion of the Building Inspector. All other applicants for a license or registration shall have their applications reviewed by the Board of Building Code Appeals.
