1444.15 RIGHT OF ENTRY; INTERFERENCE WITH INSPECTORS.
   The Building Inspector and the deputies, assistants or employees assigned by him, and persons assigned to cooperate with him by other departments of the Village, so far as is necessary for the performance of their duties, shall have the right to enter upon any building site, premises, new or unoccupied building, building under construction, repair, alteration or removal or a building alleged to be unsafe or a menace to life or limb or damaged or menaced by fire, upon showing their badges of office. No person shall interfere with them in the performance of such duties. (Ord. 1979-34. Passed 8-13-79.)
