After a report of a condition or perpetration in violation of a provision of this Building and Housing Code, the Building Inspector shall immediately examine, or cause to be examined, such violation. If such a violation exists, the Inspector shall immediately order the owner, lessee, tenant or person responsible for such violation to make such changes, alterations or repairs as will satisfy the conditions of this Building and Housing Code. The Inspector shall also cause the prosecution of the person responsible for such violation.
