1444.08 BUILDING INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL; ASSISTANTS; COMPENSATION.

There is hereby established the position of Building and Zoning Inspector who shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of Council, and who may be removed in the same manner. The Mayor, with the consent of Council, may appoint assistants to the Building and Zoning Inspector whenever, in the judgment of the Mayor and Council, such assistants are necessary. The compensation paid the Building and Zoning Inspector and any assistants shall be determined by Council.
