Upon certification of the Building Department by the Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, the Building Department shall exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications and make inspections, in accordance with provisions of the Ohio Building Code, pursuant to Rule 4101:2-1-03 of the Ohio Administrative Code, except Chapter 4101:2-51 (Plumbing) of the Ohio Administrative Code.
