(a) The Village Building Inspector shall conduct plumbing inspections for one and two family residences. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the County Commissioners whereby the County Health Department shall be responsible for conducting all other plumbing inspections within the Village.

(b) Such inspections shall be conducted pursuant to the 1998 Ohio Plumbing Code and any other applicable building codes set forth in these Codified Ordinances.

(c) The fee for a plumbing inspection conducted by the Village Building Inspector shall be forty dollars ($40.00) plus three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) for each trap, fixture or other device requiring inspection. A Certificate of Occupancy may not be issued until a plumbing inspection has occurred and any violations remedied.
