1068.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The Village of South Russell shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The Village of South Russell may contract with the Geauga Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
