1054.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDY.

In the event of a violation of Section 1054.01, the aircraft operator and the airport management shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense and the Village may bring injunctive action against the Airport enjoining such violations.
