Within thirty days after a receipt of a copy of the well log and drilling report, Division of Water, as required by the State Department of Natural Resources, a copy of such report given to each owner of a water well drilled or redrilled in the Village, shall be furnished to the Building Inspector. A copy of such report shall be required for each and every water well drilled or redrilled in the Village, including but not limited to those intended for domestic potable water, commercial or business use of potable water, ground water, source heat pump systems, geothermal heating units, rechargeable wells and livestock wells. No final occupancy permits shall be issued to any owner of any premises for which any such water well has been drilled or redrilled, until such well log journal report has been filed with the Village Building Inspector.
