Whoever violates or fails to comply with any other provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). In addition to the penalty imposed herein, the Village shall have the further right to institute injunctive proceedings or seek other equitable relief against any violators.
