(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) Whoever violates Section 880.42 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any employee of the Village who violates the provisions of Section 880.42 relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
