870.06 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE SUPPLIER LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall sell, rent or otherwise provide a computerized sweepstakes device in the Village without first obtaining a computerized sweepstakes supplier license as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 2011-42. Passed 10-10-11.)
