870.04 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall display or offer the use of a computerized sweepstakes device until all licenses required by this chapter have been issued by the Village. A separate license is required for each computerized sweepstakes device. (Ord. 2011-42. Passed 10-10-11.)
