660.12 ADMINISTERING GENERAL ANESTHETIC.

(a) No person shall knowingly administer a general anesthetic to another, unless at the time of administration a competent witness is present. (ORC 4731.81)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
