(a) No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, curbs or gutters in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance.

(b) No person shall cause any snow to be moved from any premises, drive, parking area or sidewalk, onto or to be placed upon any portion of the traveled surface of any public street within South Russell Village, including pushing or mechanically blowing snow across Village streets. (c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
