If an event is held at the Park without approval as set forth in these regulations by a group of persons otherwise required to comply with these regulations, the Police Chief is authorized to order the immediate cessation of such event and the removal of persons participating in same from the Park. Failure to comply with such orders shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 2018-36. Passed 9-10-18.)
