(a) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter by failing to perform any act required by this chapter or performing any act which is prohibited by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense. Every day in which the violation exists shall constitute a separate violation and a separate offense.
(b) Notwithstanding the above penalty provision, the Village shall have all remedies available to institute appropriate proceedings to prevent continued violation of this ordinance. (Ord. 1984-32. Passed 6-11-84.)
