(a) Each member of the Architectural Board of Review shall receive a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) for each set of drawings, plans and specifications reviewed by such member for each application submitted for building permit approval. The applicants shall pay a fee of ninety dollars ($90.00) for each drawing, plan or specification reviewed by the Architectural Review Board. Said fees shall be the limit of the costs to the applicant, regardless of the number of times such application is reviewed by the Board. (Ord. 2018-29. Passed 7-9-18.)
(b) Each member of the Board shall receive the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each special meeting attended and such compensation shall be paid by any applicant submitting materials to be reviewed by the Architectural Board of Review who requests such special meeting.
(c) If a member of the Architectural Board of Review is not present at any meeting where such drawing, plans and specifications are reviewed or at any special meeting requested by any applicant, such member shall not receive the compensation set forth in this section and such unearned fee shall be returned to the applicant upon written request. ‘

(d) The applicant shall pay a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each drawing, plan or specification for an uninhabitable open-air structure which acts either as an addition or an accessory building to an existing structure and each member of the Architectural Board of Review shall receive a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for reviewing such drawings, plans and specifications.
