The Architectural Review Board, with the consent of Council, shall appoint a Secretary who shall act as the Secretary for the Architectural Board of Review and shall keep or cause to be kept, in the Village Hall, a complete record of all meetings of the Board and all minutes of the Board and a detailed record of all transactions handled by the Board. The Secretary shall accept for filing all plans submitted in accordance with this chapter. The Secretary shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as the Secretary for the Planning Commission and shall automatically receive any increase in salary or benefits received by the Secretary of the Planning Commission concurrently with such increase for the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
