The Architectural Board of Review shall hold such meetings as may be provided by its rules. Such meetings shall be held in the Village Hall. Two members of the Board constitute a quorum and no official action shall be taken by the Board, unless such action is passed by two or more of its members. (Ord. 1980-33. Passed 6-21-80.) ;
