264.05 AUTHORITY; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Architectural Board of Review is hereby vested with the authority to exercise the powers and perform the duties provided in this chapter. The Board shall publish, rules and regulations consistent with its purposes, as approved by the Mayor.
