There is hereby established for the Village an Architectural Board of Review, which shall consist of three members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council. Such appointments shall be for terms of three years, except that the first members appointed shall be appointed for terms expiring one, two and three years from the date of their respective initial appointments. Members of the Board are subject to removal at any time by the Mayor.
