240.01 FIRE INSPECTION BUREAU.

(b) In addition to applicable ordinances of the Village, the Ohio Fire Code and applicable State statutes, an inspection program shall be instituted in accordance with the Ohio Building Code and the Ohio Fire Code.

(c) The Fire Inspection Bureau may establish regulations not inconsistent with existing law as referred to herein and the proper execution of its duties.
