237.04 APPOINTMENT BY MAYOR.

The position of Tax Administrator shall be by appointment by the Mayor of the Village, subject to the consent and approval of Council. The Tax Administrator shall report to the Mayor and to Council when requested and shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
