(a) The person holding the position of Village Secretary shall not be entitled to health insurance coverage provided for full-time employees of the Village, unless otherwise approved by motion of Council.
(b) The pay range for the Village Secretary shall have a minimum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) per year and a maximum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per year, and Council, by motion, may change the actual pay of any Village Secretary without amendment of this section so long as such pay shall be within the range herein stated.
