231.02 DUTIES.
   The duties of the Village Secretary shall include responsibility for preparation of payroll and payroll records, receipts and preparation of correspondence to and from the Village and its elected officials, answering of telephones and communication with members of the public and the media, the preparation of the budget for the ensuing fiscal year, preparation of ordinances and resolutions to be considered by Council and such other duties as may be designated from time to time by Council.
