Any person, upon written request giving pertinent information as to the method of notification of all meetings. Each such written request must be accompanied by payment of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for each month covered by the request to cover costs, and shall be accompanied as well by stamped self-addressed envelopes sufficient to cover the number of regular meetings during the time period requested and an estimated number of six special meetings. The contents of notification referred to in this section may be a copy of the agenda of the meeting.
