§ 50.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There shall be an executive department of the village known as the Water and Sewer Department.
   (B)   It shall include the Committee(s) on Water and Sewer, appointed by the Mayor, and its employees. The designated office shall be the Village Hall.
