§ 34.69 AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   The Coordinator of ESDA may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other villages or political subdivisions of the state, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the Mayor.
