§ 96.02 EXCESSIVE SOUND REPRODUCING DEVICES.
   No person shall, after 9:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday evenings and after 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings, the Fourth of July, and New Year's Eve, and until 9:00 a.m. the following day, operate, play, or use any device or instrument that creates or amplifies exterior sound, including but not limited to any loudspeaker, amplifier, musical instrument, radio, stereo, juke box, public address system, bullhorn, or device that plays live or recorded music, or to generate any exterior sound for the purposes of communication or entertainment, that is louder than an average conversational level at a distance of 75 feet or more, measured horizontally or vertically, from the source of the sound.
