(A) There is hereby created the Village ESDA to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, or from natural or human-made disaster, in accordance with Illinois Emergency Management Act, being ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq., and any amendments thereto.
(B) This ESDA shall consist of the Coordinator and such additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
