§ 30.31 CONCILIATION/RESOLUTION.
If the immediate supervisor (or the President of the Board of Trustees [or his or her designee] if the complaint involves the immediate supervisor) makes a determination that there is merit to the complaint, the immediate supervisor (or the President of the Board of Trustees [or his or her designee]) may meet with the parties involved to attempt to conciliate the complaint or conflict between the parties if the parties involved are amenable to such an effort and the person making the determination of merit reasonably determines that a resolution of the complaint by conciliation is feasible and in the best interest of the parties and the village.
