§ 30.29 RETALIATION PROHIBITION.

(A) No person who makes a complaint under this policy shall be retaliated against in any manner for submitting the complaint and it shall be a violation of this policy for any person affiliated with the village to retaliate in any manner against a complaining party.

(B) These protections against retaliation include the whistleblower protections available under the State Officials and Employee Ethics Act, the Illinois Whistleblower Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
