§ 30.28 REPORTING.
   Any person affiliated with the village who feels that he or she is the victim of harassment or discrimination may file a complaint with the village regarding the alleged conduct. The complaint is to be in writing and is to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor (unless the complaint involves the immediate supervisor, in which case it will be submitted to the President of the Board of Trustees). The complaint should describe the conduct and include the time(s), date(s), and location(s) of the conduct and the name(s) of any witness(es) to the conduct. The complaint should be made within 30 days of the date of the alleged incident giving rise to the complaint. The complaint should be made on a confidential basis.
