§ 30.25 PURPOSE.
   It is the policy of the village, consistent with applicable federal and state laws, that harassment or discrimination in any form is unacceptable, including sexual harassment and misconduct. To that end, the following policy has been adopted by the Board of Trustees of the village in accordance with ILCS Ch. 5, Act 430 § 70-5 and Public Act 100-554, effective January 1, 2018. This policy is applicable to all persons affiliated with the village in any manner, including, but not limited to, employees (full or part-time), volunteers, and officials (members of the Board of Trustees and any appointees of the Board of Trustees).
