§ 30.09 NON-HARASSMENT POLICY.
   The village finds abhorrent any practice of harassment or discrimination in the workplace based on any legally protected status. Every employee must be treated with dignity and respect regardless of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other protected group status as defined by federal, state and/or local laws. Accordingly, the village will not tolerate harassing conduct, whether verbal, physical or visual that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
