§ 90.50 DOMESTICATED ANIMAL LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall own, keep or harbor within the village, any domesticated animal over the age of five months unless the domesticated animal is registered with the Village Clerk. The Village Clerk shall keep a record of all licenses issued and shall file the report with the Chief of Police and Village Board.
