§ 90.14 DISPOSITION OF DOMESTICATED ANIMALS DEEMED NUISANCES.
   Any domesticated animal which may, in any manner, continually disturb the quiet of any person or neighborhood or shall destroy or in any manner injure any animal, plant, shrub or other property not on the premises of its owner or keeper is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and the domesticated animal shall be taken up and impounded and may be redeemed or disposed of in the manner provided for under this code.
