§ 90.10 OBSTRUCTING POUNDMASTER.
   It is a violation of the ordinances of the village for any individual other than a police officer or the Animal Control Officer to release or transport animals apprehended, trapped, captured or caged by or at the direction of the Animal Control Officer.
