Any member of the Police Department who shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty required of him or her by the code of the village or the rules and regulations of the Department, or who shall, in the discharge of his or her official duties, be guilty of any fraud, favoritism, extortion, oppressions or willful wrong or injustice, shall be subject to removal from office.
