§ 155.047 "R-2" ONE-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
   The "R-2" One-Family Residence District encompasses areas suitable for both conventionally-constructed single-family dwellings and duplexes as well as related educational, religious and recreational facilities.
   (A)   One single or two-family dwelling. In the "R-2" District, only one single-family dwelling may be situated on any lot.
   (B)   Lot and building requirements. Every principal building erected in the "R-2" District shall conform to the following requirements:

Minimum lot width (at established building line)
70 feet
Minimum lot depth
120 feet
Minimum setbacks
   From front lot line
25 feet
   From either side lot line
7.5 feet
   From rear lot line
25 feet
Maximum building height
35 feet
Minimum off-street parking
2 spaces per dwelling unit
 
   (C)   Permitted uses. Any use permitted in the "R-1" District. Two-family dwellings.
   (D)   Special uses. Any use allowed by special use permit in the "R-1" District. Nursing homes.
