§ 154.063 APPROVAL; TENTATIVE.

(A) The Plan Commission may grant approval of the total required engineering plans by approval of plans covering only a portion of the land improvements (e.g., sanitary sewers and water) so as to facilitate immediate installations.

(B) This partial approval shall consist of a certificate on the plans covering each of the required improvements signed by the Plan Commission.
