§ 154.054 STORM SEWERS AND OTHER DRAINAGE APPURTENANCES.
   (A)   In addition to the installation of curbs or gutters along the streets, as required by § 154.053(C) above, storm sewer systems shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision to carry off water from all inlets and catch basins, and shall be connected to an adequate outfall.
   (B)   The sewers shall provide for an extension to land lying within the upland drainage area, whether the land is within the subdivision or not. Storm sewers shall be designed by the rational method; and copies of the design computations shall be submitted with the plans. Inlets shall be provided so that surface water is not carried across or around any intersection, nor for a distance of more than 600 feet in the gutter.
   (C)   The storm water drainage system shall be separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system. Surface water drainage patterns shall be shown for each and every individual lot and block.
