(A) Source of domestic water supply and type of sewage disposal.
(B) Storm water drainage.
(1) Complete storm sewer system, including pipe sizes, inlets and inverts.
(2) A proposed surface water drainage pattern for each individual lot, block and street.
(C) All easements as required shall be indicated.
(D) An outline of all proposed protective covenants shall accompany the preliminary plan and shall include a protection against the obstruction of any surface water drainage easement.
