§ 153.03 STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS.

The "Rules and Regulations for Mobile Home Parks," as approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health is hereby adopted by the village, the applicable provisions as they pertain to mobile homes and immobilized mobile homes shall be controlling within the village.
