§ 150.46 PERMITS.
   (A)   All persons, firms, companies or corporations shall, before beginning any installation, alteration or change of electrical wiring or equipment in the village, obtain a permit for the work.
   (B)   Permits for installation, alteration and use of electrical equipment shall be issued upon receipt of an application thereof, made out on a printed form furnished by the Clerk, and evidence of performance bond for the work. The fee is to be paid in advance as herein provided for.
   (C)   Permits shall be posted in plain view, inside the building near the entrance switch, or inside the service switch when installed.
   (D)   Electrical work that failed to pass inspection shall require payment of an additional $30 fee to cover each subsequent inspection.
   (E)   No permit will be issued to an electrical contractor for 12 months, if the electrical contractor’s work has failed to pass four electrical inspections in the previous one year.
   (F)   The electrical contractor or other person performing the installation, alteration or use of electrical equipment shall be present when the inspection takes place.
