§ 150.08 REBUILDING OR RECONSTRUCTION OF DWELLINGS.
   As of August 11, 1988, the rebuilding or reconstruction of dwellings partially (less than 50%) destroyed by causes not within the control of the owners of the dwellings shall not be considered "new residential construction" and shall not be subject to the minimum living space provision of § 150.07 above. Further the rebuilding or reconstruction of dwellings completely destroyed (50% or more) by causes not within the control of the owners of the dwellings shall not be considered "new residential construction" and shall not be subject to the minimum living space provision of § 150.07 above, provided that the rebuilding or reconstruction commences within one year of the date of the loss and is completed within one year after commencement of reconstruction or rebuilding.
